During your telephone assessment, a member of our team will ask you a series of medical questions to gather important information about your eye health and overall well-being. They will also schedule your initial appointment to begin your treatment journey.
A member of our healthcare team will guide you through a series of vision and diagnostic tests to assess your eye health. Following this, you will meet your consultant who will go through the surgery and discuss your lens options.
A nurse will then carry out pre-surgery checks to ensure you are fully prepared for your procedure. Your Clarity consultant will meet with you to ensure you are happy with the treatment option and will confirm all details. You will then be taken to the theatre for your 15-minute surgical
procedure.
Our comprehensive aftercare programme begins on the day of your cataract eye surgery and is tailored to meet your specific needs. All Clarity patients have access to our out-of-hours medical helpline, where a specialist ophthalmologist is available to provide expert advice and address any concerns about your cataract surgery.
