Dr Sara Padroni is a highly accomplished Ophthalmologist with a distinguished career spanning over two decades in the UK. Born in Italy, she completed her medical studies in Rome, graduating in 1996. Dr Padroni began her specialist ophthalmology training in the UK in 2000, undertaking comprehensive fellowships in several complex sub-specialties, including Cataract Surgery, Refractive Surgery, Vitreoretinal Surgery, and Cornea Transplant Surgery. Her rigorous training took place at prestigious institutions across the UK, including Edinburgh, Wessex, and St. Thomas’ Hospital in London, equipping her with a broad and deep skill set in advanced ophthalmic procedures. She served as an NHS Consultant until 2019, providing expert care to countless patients.
